i ate eggs spam and bread 4 breakfast eggs=200 spam=90 bread=190
i ate 2 yogurts 4 lunch yogurt=200
i ate a lil portion mashed potatoes n chicken 4 dinner =340
total calories=920
Burn calories
Vacumming= 8.46
watching tvee= 64.8
badmiton=118.8

Supersize me Part 4 & 5
In supersize me part 4 i was surprised that the children didn't now who was jesus they said it was George Washington but the most surprising thing is that they knew who was McDonald.

1) cornbread
2)chicken

4)sandwhichs

6)fruit
7)vegetables
8)snacks {small amounts}
9)healthy foods that taste good

It is hard for some people to stop eating junk food and start eating healthy foods because the junk food is very addictive , it tastes good but is not so healthy and it keeps you wanting more. Some people start the diet then stop because it is hard for them, they treat it like a force to eat right not a life style so they stop.
Families, Markets, and other people can help themselves and others to eat healthy by making the food they eat healthy but tasting good.
Our cafeteria is a little bit different but the same.It is different because some stuff is healthy they give us vegetables and fruits to even out the food. But on the other hand its the same because the other food they give is not healthy they give us pizza, burgers, and more.Most of the time I don't eat lunch at all. I will like to see more healthy fresh food that taste good in my lunchroom because being healthy is important and the only way people will eat it is if it tastes good.
