Super Size Me 1 , 2 & 3

I don't eat McDonalds often, mostly like 2 times a month but for plain junk food i eat like every other day .I do think about what i am eating and i do know its not healthy but i do still eat it, because it taste good but i don't eat it often so it really doesn't make a big deal 2 eat McDonalds at least one or two times a month. I think that Morgan from Super Size Me, his health will go bad because he eats McDonalds everyday and its not good for you bc of all the calories and fat in the food. The McDonalds inside a Hospital was really strange because i never really seen a McDonalds in a hospital. 

I don't think that consumers have a right but do have a right to sue McDonalds. They have a right because i think that McDonalds put something in the food that have people craving for but but on the other hand they don't have a right to sue McDonalds because it's their fault for eating it. But i think they suing McDonalds to protect the kids because the kids don't know what they are eating. The McDonalds own a lot of playgrounds and this way the children will want to eat there because of the Playgrounds they have. I think that kids should eat about 2000 calories a day not to be under or over the average calories but to be just right.

When i go to Mcdonalds i don't eat a lot because the food there makes me full fast. But Mr. Lahana forced me to act like i was eating Mcdonalds and it went over 90 calories if i was very hungry and ate Mcdonalds 4 the whole day.

We all know an amazing guy that made history named Martin Luther King Jr. This guy made history by just being alive and using his powerful words to make a difference but he did not only do that he made peace in this world he made many people come to their senses. He made a powerful speech called "I have a dream" this speech stated that he wished we there will be peace around the world , that we will all have equal rights and that white and black will get along. Even though today racism might still go on believe it or not he made difference, I know this because today the 44th president is african american and proud 2 be. This 44th African American president is named Barack Obama when we voted 4 him we voted 4 change.  

We need more ............

5 Nasty Secrets

1. The factory farms treat their animals cruelly by packing them to tightly together which gets them sick because of the fact that if one cow gets sick all get sick. 

2. Another secret I learned is that the people in the factory farm push their workers to hard by speeding up the line that the meat from the cows run on to produce more sells to earn more money.

3.By the people in the factory pushing the workers to hard by speeding up the line that when they cut the meat they have to go fast and when they go fast they sometimes cut themselves. The blood from the cut gets all over the meat and that is what makes the meat nasty. 

4.The cows are feed antibiotics and then there otters are bigger, when the milk is given to use to drink or eat we get sick because of the drugs they give the cows and how they put them together in one cage where they get sick b/c of the fact that one cow gets sick all does.

5. The factory farm is different from the family farm because the factory farm kills the animals to make dairy products and food. But in the family farm they treat them nicely and give them good food.
